I really like my SEAMO™ Masks, they fit well and I still have some peripheral vision. I don't think you can beat the snorkel (MOFLO) anywhere, I've tried others and like Snorkel Bob's best. I use my gear 6 days a week and if something doesn't fit or work well it is really a pain - - literally.

Dear Snorkel Bob and friends,
Your equipment was great, especially the MOFLO Snorkel - I felt as if I could snorkel for miles (almost ran into a carnival cruise ship). the marine life was beautiful in the cayman's, especially the stingray (very gentle and fun creatures). I'll have to make to hawaii to experience the underwater world on the other side of the planet.

You guys are the greatest and I will not hesitate in recommending you and the MOFLO. I own a boat rental business in Key Largo, Fl and we get a lot of snorkelers and divers. I visited Snorkel Bob's Kihei store in the Kamaole Beach Center last friday and was impressed with the level of service we recieved. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the man who helped us, but he went above and beyond what I would consider "normal" customer service. My brother and I were able to get all of our snorkel gear, underwater cameras, and tips on some of the better places to go snorkelling. When we came back to the shop to drop off the equipment, we were also able to pick up Snorkel Bob's (Robert Wintner) book, Ice King. If I ever return to Hawaii, I will definitely be returning to Snorkel Bob's for my snorkelling gear!!!

The quality of the gear surpassed our expectations and made our trips to Hanauma Bay and elsewhere all the more overwhelming. We cannot wait to own our own gear and wouldn't have considered buying it anywhere else. I just wanted to thank you and your staff for helping me have a wonderful time while visiting the Islands. I was easily accommodated. I especially liked the corrective-lense mask since I am very near-sighted. I took some underwater pictures and will forward them if they are worth while.

Snorkel Bob,
I loved your site, it was cool! And all I wanted to find out was more about Snorkelling. Well, here is another electronic question to add to the thousands you already have been inundated with. I am headed to the beach in Rarotonga with my No. 1 for our honeymoon. We will be there for 11 days, with a day trip to Aitutaki. Should we buy some Snorkel gear before we go? Neither of us has ever snorkelled before, but we are concerned as to the quality of the Snorkel gear on the islands. We currently reside in No. Cal. and probably will not Snorkel much here in the future.. but we hope to got to Hawaii and visit a Snorkel Bob shop soon. Any thoughts from 20 feet?

First let me start by saying I love your website. I work as a graphic designer and I can really appreciate a well designed and easy to understand site. The main reason that I am writing is that for months I have been planning a trip to Hawaii, and I knew that I wanted to order gear from you, Snorkel Bob. I am still in the "weary of ordering on the web" mode so I decided to call and order in person. I spoke to and was helped by a wonderful gentleman named Sean. Most people only seem to write when there is a problem, so I thought I would go against the norm and tell you I was very impressed at how nice and courteous Sean was. Congratulations on a fabulous website and staff and I look forward to getting my new fins and booties!!

We just got back from a trip to Maui. I had to write to let you know how happy we were with the service at two of your locations. We had a very rude experience at Boss Frogs in Napili. Anyway, we then went to your store in Napili, and were assisted by a young man. He was so kind and helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He definitely is an asset to your business. I was so pleased with his kindness. A few days later we rented more snorkel gear from your store in Kihei. They were also most helpful and informative and we appreciated the good service that we received. We come back often and when we do, we will definitely be back to Snorkel Bobs.
